Position Overview

Team members are responsible for performing welding, fabrication, and general shop duties with a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and blueprints to complete projects accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality standard welding on a variety of metal components.
• Operate shop equipment such as saws, drills, grinders, and fabrication tools.
• Assist in machining, cutting, and assembly processes as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints when required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven ability to perform high quality welding standards (or willingness to train on the job).
• Basic familiarity with shop tools and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to shop safety and use of required PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
